Sacred Geometry is a practice from the ancient mystery teachings — passed down through the lineage of King Solomon — that gives you real, usable tools to create a sense of peace and order in your own space and your own energy. You’ll learn how to quiet a busy mind, create a space that actually feels like a retreat, and build a foundation for deeper work with crystals and energy healing down the road.

In this class, you will:

• Learn 3 foundational techniques (the “3 Keys”) for releasing tension and creating a genuine sense of calm in your day-to-day life
• Receive 3 guided energetic attunements to help settle and align your own energy
• Learn how to seal and “grid” your personal space — home, work, or anywhere — so it feels calmer and more protected
• Create a simple, personal altar or quiet corner in your home — a real, physical place to decompress and reset
• Practice deep, guided meditation techniques designed to quiet the mind and ease everyday stress

2. Sacred Geometry II — Learn a Sacred Healing method and much more
3. Sacred Geometry III — Learn a Sacred Healing Method for Manifestation

Sacred Geometry I is one of four prerequisite classes for the Healers Academy and is required before moving on to any further level of Sacred Geometry.
